Absolutely love this food processor. I make my own dog food and it’s been a game changer with processing chicken gizzards, butternut squash, etc. It’s so quiet and really a pleasure to use, plus it’s easy to clean as the bowl, etc, goes right in the dishwasher!

Replaced an older food processor from a different brand that was "temperamental." The Cuisinart just makes it a breeze to get a lot of prep work done: shredding carrots, cabbage, onions and other veggies for slaw, egg rolls, pickled veggies; various cheeses for casseroles, etc.

I am a huge fan of cusinart kitchen helpers. It was disappointing to discard my vintage cusinart with all of the blades. They no longer had the parts for the professional from the late 80s.
I was forced to move to the 21st century and love,love,love my Elite.
