Cartridge arrived via mail, package in tack, removed cartridge from plastic, cardboard, then final wrap and an ink mess I had on my desk, papers, hands, and carpet.
The round circle ridge part of the Cartridge had a poddle of ink which overflowed while holding the Cartridge. It does print but very light for a new Cartridge. Not Good!

It is not recommended to use a leaking cartridge. These cartridges will continue to leak, creating a future mess. I also suggest opening the packages under a paper towel in case a leaking cartridge is sent. It is rare but can happen during shipping. Getting a replacement is a good step. Contact HP at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/.
