HP does read reviews and takes feedback seriously. I apologize for both the defective cartridge and the return process. HP wants you to feel supported as a customer. I'm not sure which site you used. Viewing www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges is your best chance at a streamlined return. So sorry we missed your standards here.
After an unexpected series of poor-quality printouts (printer app still showed black ink not exhausted) the replacement cartridge quickly and installed easily; and I saw an immediate improvement. I expect MANY crisp print-pages to come.

I sincerely apologize if you were provided ink from the seller that is the wrong cartridge. Please contact HP right away at www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges. A return is also on the table if you accidentally bought the wrong ink for your printer. A return is a dependant on meeting our return policy, listed at the same site.
