[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product, and of the options available for my printer (902, 902XL, 906XL), I always go with the 906XL when it's in stock. Why? because even tho it's expensive it's still the best value and leaves you buying the least often, saving on packaging (yay earth) and lasting the longest out of the three options. Definitely get this if it's in stock.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never buy from here again. 4 cartridge's came in 3 shipments. The packages were all damaged and look like they had been lying around somewhere. Obviously old product. Took forever to arrive,

Hi Tom,
I am sorry that you are having this happen to you. I can understand if you are not happy, but it sounds like they were beat up during shipping.
All of the delivery companies have been experiencing problems. Delays due to holidays, shutdowns and weather have taken their toll. The workers have heavily overloaded schedules and don't always handle the packages carefully.
It is likely that the products themselves are fine though. We try to make their packages durable.
If it does appear that any of the cartridges have been damaged. Instructions for completing the return and exchange process are at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the ink cartridges on Feb 12th and they arrived on Feb 27th. That's OK. I understand the problems caused by the virus or, rather, the government's involvement with the virus. The cartridges were just what I order and were easily installed, as usual. I am a satisfied customer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suddenly was out of ink in the middle of a project. I ordered online and receive the item quickly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ease of ordering and received product in less than one week, as promised (even with the bad weather)
These high yield cartridges are the way to go. I use the high yield color ones as well. Less expensive, OEM and more copies, you can't beat that. Thanks HP.
