Impossible to be more mad at HP. Cannot buy ink for my printer anywhere, but then HP updated printer software so I can’t use refill cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't print more copies of my Christmas letter because new authentic HP cartridges won't install properly. mad because yellow ink is out of stock everywhere, madder because ink for HP 6978 is discontinued, maddest because I bought 2 of this model in one year and now I can't print on either. Goodbye HP I'm seeking a more reliable brand.

Ink last for an extended period of time and does not dry out even if you have not printed over a month. I referred HP to my sister who is an office administrative; she plans on using HP as well.
