After paying premium prices with promised 2~4 business day delivery I got the cartilages via USPS after 10 days, and the box were all crumbled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Rahmet,
I can understand if you are frustrated by this and I am sorry that this happened to you.
At this trying time, we are all experiencing many inconveniences. Unfortunately, having our delivery services working at a much slower pace is a big one. I regret that the company used for your delivery, damaged the box.
If any cartridge you got doesn't work correctly, please check with us about returning it. The return and exchange process is detailed at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges

Hi,
Discovering that the cartridge is leaking has to be awful. I'm sorry about what happened to you.
It sounds like the vent never opened when the plastic wrap was removed. While leaking is more common with refills, it can also happen with a damaged or defective cartridge.
A vent near the cartridge label will normally open when the tab of the outer plastic covering is pulled completely loose and the wrap is removed from around the cartridge. That vent needs to be open to prevent the cartridge from leaking when you twist off the orange tab prior to installing the cartridge. On defective and remanufactured cartridges, you might have to clear the vent with a straight pin to prevent the leaking.
Step-by-step instructions for returning the cartridge is covered at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
