I use HP-902XL Black ink and HP-902 color 3-pk. However, HP-906 Black popped up as a selection. I didn't noticed until after I ordered HP-906 Black in error..

My apologies for this confusion. However, the HP 906XL should work for you just fine. It is just a higher-capacity XL cartridge designed for printers that use HP 902 cartridges.
