[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good dishwasher. It runs quietly and does a good job of cleaning everything that I have put in it. One of the features I like is the Quick cycle. This allowed me to do many loads at Thanksgiving when we many friends over. Before I would have to either wash some items by hand or stay up late doing many loads. This feature allowed me to do the dishes quicker

When it died, we purchased the Amana after doing a great deal of shopping and comparing. Not only was it a real "buy", it turns out that it is so easy to use that even I can load it up and run it (a completely new experience.) Now that would ordinarily be a good thing, but because I mentioned to my wife how easy it was to use, she decided it will be my household chore from now on. Unfair, Amana!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good dishwasher. It's not great but it's good. It's better than the old one we had. It seems to take a really long time to cycle through the wash. It doesn't do a good job of getting bowls clean. If I put 2 bowls lined up together the second one doesn't get clean. And the bottom rack doesn't allow for larger sizes dishes. It's set up entirely for plates.

I have to towel dry my silverware and plastic containers even though I tried multiple setting combinations. I have read other reviews that say the same and they say it has to do with new energy regulations. It seems to me they should have been able to figure this out regardless.

We loved it so much that when we bought our house we had this one installed to replace the portable dishwasher. I especially love the hour cycle. It is pretty quite, although, we will be buying the insulation cover for it to make it even quieter.
