Amana -long lasting great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this dishwasher to replace our dishwasher, that we THOUGHT, stopped working after many yrs. of working great. come to find out, it wasn't our old Amana that broke - our water line was clogged. so the new Amana (same model) sat in our garage waiting to be installed. we have a vacation rental that didn't have a dishwasher; so, we took out the lower cabinet and put in our NEW Amana. I'm sure it will last many many years. thank you Amana! GREAT PRODUCT.

I didn’t have a big budget when I purchased this dishwasher. I had it installed by a plumber. The washer seems to wash okay. It doesn’t dry and most dishes are soaked. I tried different detergents and adjusted the jet dry setting. Didn’t help. There is also a spoiled stench if you leave dishes in and don’t run it right away.
I wonder if it’s all the plastic parts? By reading other reviews, I don’t think this is a lemon case.
It looks nice but that’s about it. I guess I got what I paid for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Amana dishwasher! It is much better than the one I was using. I really like the upper arms that get the top glasses and bowls sparkling clean. You can choose hot water wash, heated dry or 1 hour wash. There is also a very large flatware caddy the full depth of the dishwasher and it is removable to make it easy to put the flatware away. It is so quiet and the touch buttons are great and easy to keep clean with just a quick swipe of a sponge and towel to dry. There is also a blue light that shines when the dishes are clean and dry! Oh and it is beautiful in the white!
