[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter bought the dishwasher for me as a Christmas gift. At first it worked fine. Now, have to wipe everything off after washing. Leaves a film on everything. I think the piece that puts in the dish washer rinsing liquid is not working properly. And the dishes are never dry when done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dishwasher is very nice gets things cleaned properly. Thr only complaint I have is that it doesn't dry all thr way, I find that the mugs and plates are still wet even after running it through the heated dry cycle.

I like it very much. It is very good. In a humorous way, I have discovered that when my spouse opens the door while the dishwasher is in its full regular cycle, there is not a way to restart the cycle. It stops and then I need to use the only option open, to cancel and drain, I have no other option I can find in the instruction booklet. So, therefore, I have to restart and run the whole cycle again, which wastes water and soap and rinse liquid. I use vinegar to handwash the glassware and hand rinse and dry. If there is another option to use, please let me know. This can happen to others with children who don't notice the machine is running or older dementia folks just trying to add more dishes as in my case. It is hard enough to be a caregiver and have to watch all the time, tape the door shut (which I tried and he removed the tape when he didn't hear it running.). Please think of a stop/restart button. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always pre-wash my dishes so I can't speak to the cleaning abilities of this dishwasher, but the "heated dry" feature is a complete joke. I am very disappointed with this dishwasher and wouldn't recommend it to a stranger, much less a friend.
