Great replacement service when the carafe cracked against the sink. But the fragility of the carafe has me worried every time I wash it. I fear it will crack. Wish it made if a stronger glass or there were a thermos type alternative that doesnt break.

The Braun coffee maker is an attractive pot & makes good coffee. I broke the pot & got fast service when ordered a new pot. I’d advise any friend this brand of coffee pot is the BEST!

This is my 3rd time purchasing this carafe! Seriously, if I didn’t love my Braun I would throw the whole thing in a lake.

I was assured it would fit my unit. But it did not as it was too tall. So I sent it back. I also paid the shipping. This was an expense I had not anticipated. I have not received a refund foe what I paid!
