Very well thought out product. Only negative is the identification card. The card is hidden and on an elastic cord which is very difficult to locate and pull on. When pulling, the card only becomes 40% visible, basically rendering it useless. Otherwise excellent product.

I bought this suitcase because it is slightly shorter than my previous suitcase. This one fits perfectly in the airplane bins, the previous Samsonite suitcase was just a little bit too long to fit in the Airbus A319/320 bins wheels or handle first. The design of this suitcase has shorter wheels that also set into the bottom slightly. This makes it just enough shorter to fit nicely in the bins. And the wheels roll a LOT better than the old one which was only about 18 months old. (and still in good shape). The handle is very comfortable and works smoothly. So far, I'm very satisfied with this suitcase.
