Perfect size with all the required functionality. The only downside to it was the colour choices, we would prefer a wider range of colour to choose from for identification purposes.

Great Bag!

I love this suitcase! Very sturdy suitcase always fits in the overhead bin as a carry-on, holds a ton of stuff and the best thing about it is it is soooo easy to push! I have a bad back so I can't be struggling with dragging luggage, this piece almost moves with using 2 fingers, not exaggerating! A dream suitcase! Well worth the money, great value!

Poor overall design

Very disappointed with this bag. My biggest complaint about this bag is the balance. It is very front-heavy when full, so it tips over frequently. Also, not a good bag if you need to pack a suit or sports coat. And the "expansion" zipper adds virtually no additional room and only serves to make the bag even more top / front heavy. My previous Samsonite 22" carry-on served me well for almost 8 years of frequent business travel. I've had this bag for 6 months and already want to replace it.
Pros: High Quality
Cons: Small Capacity, Tips over easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only used it once so far, but performed well. It's somewhat smaller than my previous bag, but surprisingly fits as much if not more. I love the interior fasteners. They are wider and do a better job of securing all items in place. Be careful of the rollers! They roll so smoothly that when I put my suitcase on the front porch, gave it a very gentle nudge so I could close the screen door, it rolled 10 ft right off the porch! It's a bummer to have some scrapes in your new luggage before it's even used!!

Handle is quite an upgrade from my last samsonite. The gel handle seemed unnecessary at first but was a great feature after walking around in airports. Surprisingly you can fit a weeks worth of dress clothes and shoes in this bag.
