I took it to the beach for a week and it worked just as I expected. The interior and exterior pockets came in handy. The zippers, fabric, handle, wheels, and all other parts feel sturdy and high quality. It rolls smoothly with little effort. This piece was more expensive than other brands but I'd rather buy something that is going to last rather than buy multiple cheaper pieces that keep breaking. This was my first Samsonite purchase and I am extremely satisfied.

As long as you don't overstuff this bag, it will fit in the overhead of any plane, except those miniature regional planes which can't fit anything anyways. It rolls very easily on hard surfaces, carpets are a little meh, and the cushion/padding on the handle is the most amazing feature I never knew I wanted.
