Perfect for our family!

I used to spend a small fortune on bottled water for myself, my husband and my kids. My kids are huge water drinkers so we would go through a lot of bottle water. Between collecting the bottles it not only took up space but time to turn the bottles in when they were empty to recycle them. Our family really loves the WAT30B hot and cold water dispenser! It was easy to set up right out of the box. I love that I no longer have to worry about the space that the bottles took up or having to run to the recycling center when they were empty. We all use reusable water bottles now, which are easy to fill thanks to our WAT30B water dispenser. One of my favorite features of the water dispenser is that it has a small storage cabinet that is perfect for storing the extra water bottles until they are ready to fill them. The water is heated and cooled in a stainless steel tank using an energy-efficient compressor. It dispenses cold water at 39°F and hot water at 185°F. There's also a third option that allows you dispense water at room temperature. I was a little worried about the hot water dispensing at such a high temperature and did not want the girls to get burnt, thankfully NewAir has thought of it all! There is a safety lock has been installed on the hot water faucet. The kids can only use the room temperature or cold water. I really love how easy the WAT30B water dispenser is to maintain! Other than wiping it down once a day with a rag to remove any fingerprints or dust that it might have it does not require any other daily maintenance. Every three months it is recommended that you run a mixture of water and vinegar or water and lemon juice to prevent hard water minerals from building up inside. This will break down any deposits that might have developed. If you know that you have very hard water you can do this more often even once a month.

Really pleased with our NewAir Water Dispenser

We have it in the kitchen and it is perfect for our grandchildren. The cold water is cold so we drink more water! Overall, we are very pleased with this and would purchase it again. Took a long time to find a dispenser we wanted and felt was a good product. NewAir did not disappoint.

Cons: Also, the room temperature water dispenses slow., Drip Tray is a bit too small for us. Minor.

The NewAir water cooler filtration system was most definitely an item my family needed desperately. I have a family of four. Constantly filling the refrigerators water filter multiple times a day was extremely annoying, and tediously time consuming. I received a Top fill filtration unit that fits both standard water cooler bottles and their own proprietary multiple gallon water filter. Setup of the NewAir water cooler was a snap, consisting up unpacking and plugging into an outlet. The NewAir water cooler itself is a glossy black that is easy to clean and pretty much matches all decor. The NewAir water cooler stand about four feet high and is about one foot wide and one foot long. This sleek design ensures this water cooler can fit in nearly any space. The NewAir water cooler fits the current energy efficiency standards and features an A/C chord that does have a 3 prong ground for protection against electrical shock as a safety feature. The NewAir water cooler Dispenses both Hot and Cold water at the touch of a button. Another safety feature is the Hot button has a built in child protect lock on it which is good because the hot water is steaming hot (easily hot enough for a cup of coffee). The NewAir water cooler has built in handholds for easy relocation and is light enough to easily slide on smooth surfaces. The NewAir water cooler has a built in insulated storage unit on the bottom which is perfect for cups or teas, as well as a removable easy to clean splash guard. The NewAir water cooler is very quiet and has easy to read (and understand) light up indicators for safe operation and maintenance. Other Maintenance for the NewAir water cooler is running lemon juice through the system clean its internal systems every 3 months or so (This clears calcium and lime buildups). The NewAir water cooler features curved edges for further (childproofing) safety. It doesn't drip either. I haven't had to empty the water catcher once yet. I love it!
Pros: Convenient, cost effective, water tastes great
Cons: refillable water purifier is not fully locked in, takes up a bit of space and requires an outlet

The perfect addition to any kitchen

I received this water dispenser to try out and we totally love it. First off, the sleek design fits perfectly in my kitchen. Second, the cold water comes out perfectly cold and the hot water is perfect for hot tea. It is easy-to-use and the best part is the built-in-bottle spike that makes changing water bottles mess-free. Everyone that comes in my kitchen uses it and loves it. I would recommend to everyone, if you need a water dispenser, this is the way to go!
