I bought this because my family loves water and our rooms are on the second floor. So once everyone was upstairs and settled no one wanted to go all the way downstairs for cold water. This was one of the best investments we could have purchased. It worked out really well when our grandson was little and needed his warm bottles made. I love this water dispenser and will be purchasing 2 more for the other levels.
Pros: We don't have to buy cases of water bottles.

Everything about this unit is straight forward and user friendly. On/Off controls for both hot and cold sections means you don't have to keep the section on that you're not using. Child-safe locks out HOT from accidents. Quiet to use, low power consumption. Very modern and stylish looking. Love the storage compartment!

The WAT30B water dispenser came nicely double packaged. The actual dispenser was boxed up surrounded by styrofoam and than it was packaged in another box. It was so light I was able to bring it in myself and got it all set up without the help of my husband. I didn't really have to do much. Just pull it out of the box and set it up in the dinning room and make sure it was spaced far enough away from the wall so that there is enough space between the water dispenser and the wall so it can vent easily. Than after I added the water into the water bottle and it was all filled up I turned it on and it was ready to go. You of course have to wait for the water to be either hot or cold. I do love the fact that you can have cold water or hot water. I do use the cold water daily for drinking and every once in a while I have used the hot water to make either Ramen soup or hot chocolate which is nice because you don't have to sit around and wait to make hot water. This water dispenser also comes with a storage cupboard down below where you can store your cups and straws or whatever you would like to put down there. Right now I have been storing cups down in the bottom. I have 4 four kids and three of them are ages 3 and under and they are always at this water dispenser getting their selves a glass of water and the nice thing is the hot water has a little lock button on it so than my 2 and 3 year old can't try and get the hot water out, because that hot water is definitely hot and you do need to use caution using the hot water. Also since my kids can spill there is also a spill tray that is easy to remove and clean out when you need to.

The Pure Spring WAT30B is a great addition to our home. Firstly, I love that it easily fits in with our kitchen's decor and appliances. It's slim design allowed it to fit perfectly in a corner in the kitchen. The water dispenser is also lightweight, so installation and moving it around was no issue. I love having easy access to clean water and no longer worrying about buying tons of individual water bottles. My kids are now drinking more water than they ever have, which is probably the biggest win! I received this product for review purposes. All thoughts, however, are my own.

My kids can easily refill their water cups and bottles. We all tend to drink more water since the water dispenser makes it so convenient. Plus, the water is always cold and tastes so much better than the water from our tap. I really like the slim design of the stand up dispenser. I have a small kitchen and dining area, and this doesn't take up much space at all. The dispenser is simple to set up and use. It works great with 3 and 5 gallon size water jugs. The machine itself runs very quietly, I never really notice the noise at all. The sound is similar to the low hum of a refrigerator. I love the price point for a quality water dispenser that can give both hot and cold water from separate faucets. You can turn off the water heater if you don't want to heat the water. There is a dual safety switch for children. The water tastes great from the cooler! We use our water cooler all the time every day. Our whole family drinks more water, thanks to the convenience of this dispenser. I received this product for evaluation purposes. I truly hope this review helps you to make your buying decision a little more easily.

State of the Art Water Dispenser

I went five years without drinking soda - not one drop! And noticed that I almost never had muscle cramps anymore; never had symptoms of dehydration; and felt great. As an added bonus I lost alot of weight. But then one day I decided to have a soda - just one... Then another day I figured why not have another... Soon I was almost back to my old habits of drinking only soda all day long. The NewAir WAT30B is an incredible water cooler and the answer to all our needs. Since receiving this, everyone in our house has immediately switched to almost all water based drinks. Sometimes we drink water alone and sometimes with flavorings - all kinds. When you purchase this water cooler you have the option of getting your own bottle that you can easily fill from the tap. However, I have special needs children and have done a great deal of research on "water" and I purchase bottled water. The reason?... I have city water - if I had well water I would use our own. But our city water has so many things added to it that I do not want such as flouride. I fight the dentist on that every time I take the kids in - they keep trying to add flouride into their daily routines. So - I buy bottled water. You can do whichever you would like. This water cooler has not just hot and cold - but also warm... The hot button has a child proof toggle that stops a child from accidentally getting burned. My kids are old enough that they know better but accidents have a way of proving people wrong - that is why they are called accidents. So I am more than happy to have that switch and avoid anything that I may not be foreseeing. The water is heated and cooled in a stainless steel tank using an energy-efficient compressor. It dispenses cold water at 39°F and hot water at 185°F. There's also a third option that allows you dispense water at room temperature. I received this for free in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

flimsy garbage

The piece that penetrates the water bottle opening broke so there is no proper water flow. New Air offers absolutely no customer support for this product. I have tried calling, emailing with their only response being "we don't have this part available."
Pros: Attractive, Easy To Install, Easy To Use
Cons: Clogs Easily, Flimsy, breaks and no replacement parts available
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is great. We love having instant hot water. I drink tea all the time and it is great to be able to have instant hot water. I like the cold water feature as well, because anytime except winter I like to drink cold water. It has a storage compartment at the bottom which I think is the coolest thing ever! I did receive this in exchange for my honest review
