The directions were terrible. We basically had to guess and hope it was the correct screw to go in the right place. The directions did have pictures but they were not that distinct. Example: On step 5 (Install Support Bracket) it calls for six and there was only three 1/2" long screws and locknuts. Also when installed there are holes to where you can literally see outside, and we had to use left over foam pieces to fill the holes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice AC!

I've had my new AC for about a month. It's been 100 degrees for the past few days and it's nice and cool. I like that the unit is not loud when the compressor the compressor turns on.

Efficient and quiet

I've had the unit installed for two months and am very happy with it. It is very efficient, even in our 100°+ real feel temperature weather.
