Water drips in front

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviews and the store person highly recommended this..esp the steam part. 2 months later, I've not used the steam, and every cycle it drips down the front..I even clean out the rubber seal every single time. I'm not sure how to handle this..I do ave the drawers below to catch the water, but it shouldn't do that.
