It HAS a "spin only" feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 3 months ago but was disappointed that it did not have a "spin only" cycle. Today I called LG and the respresentative told me how to "spin only! Turn washer on and then click the "spin speed" until "high" shows. Then press "start'. The booklet does not write about this option.

Horrible warranty service

Our 15 month old washer broke 11/21 and we have been trying to get it fixed under warranty since there is a service bulletin out on the problem. There is a defective bolt that broke and did extensive damage to the washer. If LG would have spent a few cents on a washer for the bolt this never would have happened. We have been trying to get this fixed and customer service is horrible. At the moment we are waiting 7-10 business days for the resolution dept to come up with a decision. Don't buy LG! We posted on Nextdoor and are hearing many horror stories of it taking 4-6 months to get an appliance fixed.

My only complaint is too much cleaning required.
I have to wash my washing machine?

Our laundry room is next to our bedroom so we couldn't have our old washer and dryer running while trying to sleep. Not a problem any more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just remarking this is our second go around with LG’s Front Loading Washer… Back in April of 2006 we purchased a LG’ M/N WM2277HS washer. Over 10 years of use we had only one actual warranty service call. This machine performed perfectly. However after a short time LG came out with the “RED” designer color…. My wife loved that brilliant color from the first time she saw it. So this October of 2016 we decided purchase a new washer and dryer set. We absolutely love all of the new features on our LG’ M/N WM3670HRA washer. The only feature we haven’t utilized is the “Steam System”. During this process we’ve passed on our original LG washer and dryer set has been gifted to a deserving family of five… and both are still working well. We’ll continue to purchase LG Appliances we love the quality and reliability. Pat & Gail, Surprise, AZ

Do not buy this

This thing literally feels like it is is going to destroy my home! It shakes and rattles SO LOUD I feel it will break my windows soon. I have had a tech out 3 times to try and figure out what is going on, it sucks!

not sturdy, too sensitive

My family has had this washer for 6 months, and I must say, we are highly disappointed by it. Our last washer was also an LG and it lasted us 8 years. This new washer is too sensitive, to the point where we constantly have to put only small loads of laundry. We also can't have the spin speed above medium or else it shakes terribly and makes noises. The button labels have also smeared off in less than a year. Our newest problem is that the button panel has stopped working, so we can't wash clothes. The only thing we have going for us is that we are still under warranty.
