[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The negatives are the length of time for a load seems long but we've adjusted to it. Upon first use, the machine made a LOUD drum bang sound and we observed it was during water valve turning on and off. They told us to add a "WATER HAMMER" to the water hoses and it took care of the problem very well.
The water hammers were not expensive and easy to install. So all in all, we are very happy with our new machine.

Not easy to read or understand. Also I don't like that its not like old style where its flush with the wall so it takes up space. But from understand this is all newer models now.

I have had this machine for about a month and use it almost daily. I have not familiarized myself with all the features due to time constraints, however, you don't have to be a physics scholar to use a simple wash choice. When I first used it I chose the cotton cycle, and to select spin, water temp, etc. was obvious and easy. I can't wait to learn and try all the features. It is also rated at the top for energy efficiency.
