[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all the features; however, it does seem to take a long time to complete a cycle. I think it also makes too much noise if you wash towels or anything that is heavier. While it doesn't get off balance, it makes a lot of noise before it stops to readjust the load. Love that you can use the magnet to keep the door almost closed to help dry out the inside. Make sure to read the manual and clean the glass off after every load in case lint or hair is left over. I had one load leak because of a couple of hairs that prevented a good seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super washer but like so many, if not all washers, it has an issue or two. Towels is an issue with all washers and this one is no exception. If ever a company creates a washer that will spin without sounding like it's ready to fly through the wall while doing bath towels, they'll sell millions of them. The door on this one looks like it's ready to bust open when the spin cycle is running with bath towels too.
Overall it's a great washer if you don't wash too many bath towels or jeans in one load.
