I like the new ‘bright whites’ and ‘towels’ cycle, but would like explanation as to what makes them unique from ‘normal’ setting. Trying to get used to the ‘All COLD rinses’ setting. This model leaves water in soap tray. No bueno. Washes well. Seems ‘jerky’ in its rotations, whereas old model seemed smoother. Gets the job done. I’m content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not have brought except need front load for the space where it needed to fit - the upkeep is much more involved than what I thought - i.e. wiping after each washing, making sure no water standing to cause mold or ordor, etc. the the horor stories you hear are true after talking to other owners of front load machine

It has more options than our former machine so it did take a little learning -- but clothes are clean, water usage is minimal (important on a septic tank) and it is a quiet machine.
