[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG for several reasons. Performance was one thing, but reliability and availability of service is another. Bought a competitor model about 5 years ago and the control board died. Not one repair place of 20 that I called had a replacement. The competitor manufacturer told me that the supplier wasn't making them at that point. So I had to buy another washer. I'm counting on replacement parts for my LG should I need them, that is if I have any trouble at all with my new LG. I'm very satisfied with the puchase and delivery process. LG, you've got my vote so far!

Great Except for the door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and matching dryer. So far everything is working great. The only issue I have is the washer door. It opens from the right side. I wanted it to open from the left side It makes it more difficult putting the wet clothes into the dryer. . . . There were no indications (until the old washer & Dryer were removed and the new washer and dryer were delivered and set up) that I would be able to reverse the door latch on the washer.
