[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used this new appliance only three times. That's because this washing machine can hold a larger load than our previous clothes washer... So far it works perfectly. If its durability is as good as our previous washing machine 's 20 trouble free years, Our new LG Washing Machine may outlive me. i won't be here to be happy about that. Here's hoping my heirs will be here and happy to keep using it

It would tie the clothes in a knot and nowhere to drain the water in the tub like this one does so it literally stunk! With my new washer the clothes smell cleaner , don’t tie in knots and I love that I can drain it! It also has so many settings it’s mind Blowing!
