[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 9 year old LG which we never had a problem with but the unit was getting noisier during the spin cycle like maybe the bearing were starting to get bad. So far we like the newer LG but have only had it for a short while. It does a good job getting the clothes clean especially the whites. Still learning all the bells and whistles on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for about 2 months. I feel the cycles can be way too long (almost 2 hours for some). I don’t have time for close to 2 hour loads when I need to do a couple a night. The spin cycle makes some of the items on my wall in the living rattle which is annoying especially when trying to watch tv or when we have guests. We leave the door open to the washer every day and still have a dull smell. We also clean it so the smell is annoying feature of this machine.
