Easy to use features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research, I purchased this washer and have not been disappointed. This washer has amazing sensors with each setting. I've used each setting with noticeable results. This washer has certainly taken the chore out of doing laundry.

It was a bit noisy at first but after the repair guy came and balanced the washer u can barely hear it . LG has always had nice products . They keep making amazing new things . My next gola is to add the sidekick and get the dryer by LG .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the top of the line Neptune for 20 years it finally gave up the ghost. After looking at online reviews this was very highly rated and it does a great job with all the washing we have done so far. We love the small washer below too! I would suggest getting that even though it may seem silly. We bought ours at a time when they were running a special on the smaller washer and the dryer drawer. Our family room with TV is right next door and it is very quiet. We love all the options and the little song at the end of the cycle. One thing we learned was that the washer filer panel is IN FRONT! My wife had me pull the whole thing out to try to find the filter to clean it before realizing it was right in front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to the store planning to purchase a top loader of another brand and saw this on display for about the same price. My brother-in-law is an appliance technician and I told him what I was interested in. He told me the LG was the best on the market as far as not needing repair. When I saw this machine I took his advice and bought it. I am now glad I did as the top loader I planned on getting is now under a major recall.
