[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washing machine I've ever owned. I bought this washer in 2010. Loved it so much that when it died, I bought the updated model. Updated model of this washer is 1 cubic foot larger so I was super excited to get my new one and see that it is larger. These do take a little maintenance. I leave the door open and allow to air dry after each use. I also take out the soap dispenser and pour any excess water out and let air dry. If you don't do this, mold will build up. We replaced seal on door one time on the first one. Clothes come out super clean. I didn't use steam feature much on the first one I had, but, I plan to take full advantage of all the features on my new one. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the machine two weeks ago. It does a fair job washing clothes. The wash times are a little long. Other features that could be improved are the location of the filter. It is located at the bottom of the machine and is so low that you cannot get anything under it to catch the water. It leaks all over the floor every time we open it. The water level sensor does not perform too well. It always uses the lowest level setting no matter what selection we use. Sometimes we have to wash the clothes twice to get all of the soap out. These features need to be improved.

It gets the clothes clean with minimal soap and spins out the water much better than my previous washer, cutting down significantly on the drying time. The only thing that I have noticed about it that I'm not thrilled with is that the wash cycles take longer than my previous machine.
