[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very pleased with this washing machine. It performs well and is quiet. There is only thing that I'm displeased with. I wish this had been manufactured so that the door, when opened, could stay just partially opened instead of opening completely. The door can be either fully opened or fully closed, by nothing in between, which presents a problem in my narrow laundry room when I remove my laundry and need to air out the drum. My former washing machine, which this one replaced, had a door that could be opened and positioned in between fully opened and fully closed. I find it puzzling that LG didn't design this washing machine with this feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a wonderful washer, very well made. The agitation around gets the clothes very clean and the option buttons are easy to manage. However it's not very user friendly - when the wash is done the door and inside gaskets need to be dried thoroughly and the door left open for an hour to be sure there is no moisture before closing to avoid mold. And the filter is impossible! It's in a tiny drawer at floor level, and I was told I needed to unplug the inside tube to completely drain the water. Little did I know it drains almost a half gallon of water, before it slows enough to get the filter out! I've yet to do it that I didn't have to mop up water on the floor. Plus the filter does not appear to trap much - no strainer or fine pieces to snag the lint, just a spiral piece. My old washer trapped a considerable amount of lint - odd that there hasn't been any with the new machine....

Didn't think i would use all the functions but i have so far sand really like the steam feature. Cleans very well. The magnet info thw doe is a great idea to allow the unit to dry properly.
