[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this LG washer for about 3 weeks and have not had any problems with it. Controls are very simple to use. Capacity is great. A cycle runs about 20 minutes longer than my old washer but it will do much larger loads so total wash time may be less. Spin speed is fast so clothes are dryer before going into the dryer so the dry cycle is shorter. One of the things I like most is that the washer is very quiet. My laundry is in the middle of my house so this is important.

I bought this LG washer to replace another Korean Brand unit two years old. This is my 4th Front Loader in 22 years, and my next purchase will be from An Appliance Specialty Store; not a big box retailrer. Like the other Major Korean Brand Washer, this unit requires you hand wipe the door and rubber seal after every load. To call this excessive is generous.
However, this unit has many unique features not found elsewhere. You can Pre-Wash with extra Water, it heats your Hot Water Temp if the temo is not high enough. It has a feature which allows you to continue tumbling clothes after cycle ends to prevent mildew or wrinkles. Performance is excellent. Longevity remains an unknown.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing an LG Appliance and I am so glad I did. This washer is exceptional. My clothes come out fantastic. A quick and efficient washing machine. The washer features just to name a few a pre-wash, child's lock, delay wash, steam, add a garment, cold wash, water plus, extra rinse, rinse & spin, allergiene, tub clean and more. It has a stainless steel drum and a direct drive motor. The washer is quiet. LG offers the best features and quality. A family with six children, so this washer is always on the spin and never lets me down. I love the washer so much I went out and purchased the sidekick.
