I have three large dogs that shed plenty of hair and a cat who sleeps on whatever looks comfortable. Washing pet blankets is constant endever. I love the ease in cleaning the trapped hair and the ability to do tub clean.

Hello Sergdalm, sorry to hear your dismantlement. Your machine has many different options you can select to add addition wash time and water. You can used Pre-wash, Water Plus and Extra Rinse to add water and extend the cleaning time of your cycle. You can also use Heavy Duty or Bulky/Large and always select Heavy for the Soil Level. We've had this machine for a month and every time we use it, we like it even better than the time before. The clothes seem to come out cleaner. The spin cycle does so well, the sheets and towels come out almost dry. We like the extra rinse cycle and extra water if we need it. So far, it's a great washer.
