Best washer I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about three months ago. It is quiet when operating and always gets my clothes clean. I wash dirty horse towels on the short cycle, and they come out white and smelling clean and fresh. I love this machine.

Very good and not so good......

I bought this washing machine ( and matching dryer) in May of 2018. The washing machine itself works great. The problem I have with it is this: The lettering on the front panel is smearing off. (I don't use abrasive cleaners on it, only a soft cloth). My fear is that in the not too distant future I am not going to know which cycle I'm selecting. I have NEVER seen this happen before (seems like a design flaw of some sort)... I am still trying to have this resolved with the service department.....
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't find a red one! :(
