Quite as a Kitten

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our washing machine with a new LG TrueBalance machine and are so pleased with the performance - especially how quite the machine runs. TrueBalance is certainly an appropriate name for this machine. I don't miss the house shaking during the spin cycle of the old machine. I work from home and spin cycle used to be annoying. Not anymore. So quite. Thank you LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a month ago. So far we have no complaints whatsoever. The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Love the steam cycle for sanitizing certain things such as pillows, athletic socks, etc. The washer is quiet and does what it is supposed to do. We really appreciate the different cycles and the ability to customize, it is very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 6 weeks ago and we are enjoying it. I love the way it washes our clothes and the sound it makes when you turn it on and when a load is complete. Based on what I've seen so far, I believe it will save me water as well.

Wonderful Change!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our previous washer after a lot of years of hard use with two boys.
After reading all the reviews, we settled on the LG because of the reviews for how well it cleaned and for the durability ratings.
The BEST part of the purchase has been how quiet the machine is. Our previous one shook the house when spinning clothes dry and we often had to re-position towels to keep the machine stable.
The LG is wonderfully smooth and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on October 12 and it was November 25th before it was installed and operational. It shakes, not enough to "walk" but consederably, when rinsing and spinning. Clothes seem clean but may not be rinsed thoroughly; I may have to vary the amount of detergent and that's ok. I wish it was as stable as high capacity front loaders at the laundromat.
