Great quality at a good price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit, I was hesitant to purchase anything but my previous upscale brand until the entire washing spinner came loose on my previous non-LG washer. We decided to give LG a try and we are happy with the quality at an even better price than the our previous brand. We may officially become LGers now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been impressed, the only downfall is when it spends fast it vibrates but when we put the leveler on the washer it hasn't moved. I keep it clean around the rim and one of my best feathure is that the door can stay opened so air cirulates within the washing area so hopefully I dont end up with a smell

So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new LG Steam washer and dryer for about 3 weeks now and I am totally hooked! I have always enjoyed doing laundry but now I can hardly wait each week to see what new features I can find on it to use. My previous set was a Samsung and I never felt that my clothes were truly clean, but not anymore. One of my favorite things is when I buy something new, to put it thru the steam cycle in the dryer to get wrinkles out and take away that chemical smell! So thank you, LG for making my laundry days so much fun!!

Excellent Machine

Had machine 4 about a month. It operates much differently than anything we have ever had. It took some getting getting use too but we couldn't be happier. Clean clothes and minimal water usage.

The only thing that I do not like is that I have to dry the washer each time after using to prevent smelling. I also drain out the leftover water from the lower end. It is a little noisy during spinning process even if the washer is leveled.
