Beautiful washer, with great features and results

The electronics and direct drive are critical to this washer’s continued performance, but I’m gaining confidence in our first LG product every day.

Quiet, beautiful, great technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed my LG stackable W&D in my kitchen. Due to health problems I couldn’t do my basement stairs. It’s a beautiful addition! Very modern looking, very quiet,convenient & absolutely beautiful. I love the music signal when the cycle is finished instead of that loud annoying buzzer others have. I highly recommend this to anyone. The technology is amazing. I love it! I’m one proud owner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my washing machine for 3 weeks now. I have been able to do various types of loads using different settings. The steam cycle take 2 hours to run, but I think it did a wonderful job. I don't know how much water this thing uses, but it cannot be very much. I like that it seems very energy efficient. The small amount of water does create one small problem. Dirt and hair collect on the door and never get rinsed off. The door is a window of course so you can see it on there after every load. It would be nice if there was a feature to rinse and dry the drum after a load somehow. I was able to do comforters and pillows without trouble. Overall, though I am very happy with my purchase.

replacement for another front-loader

Decently priced front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer/dryer closet requires front-loading and stackable units. For the price and features/functions, the LG's fit what I needed. The drum isn't balanced very well and vibrates quite a bit during SPIN. I've found that manually setting a low to medium spin speed helps.
