The dryer dries perfectly every time and the washer loads are always balanced, no matter how unbalanced the load is when my husband does the laundry ;-) They're also very quiet and I especially like the cleaning feature on the washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer after my 30 year top-loader finally gave out. I did a lot of research and there was some give an take. Size turned out to be one of the determining factors. It's footprint was smaller than others in the same category with similar features. It fit nicely where my top-loader was under the staircase next to our 20 year old dryer. I was concerned about the longer cycle times vs the top-loader, but it wasn't an issue. The express cycles do a great job and I can do the equivalent of 2 top-loader loads at once if I want to use the full cycle time. My dryer isn't large enough for full load so I need to break it up. It's size and features allow me to wash things at home that I used to take to a laundromat. So far I'm happy with it and have no complaints, but I've only had it for a few months. My prior appliances lasted decades.
