[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for about a month and are quite happy with it. I like that it has a large opening that a queen comforter can go in and out easily. I have not tried every setting yet, but am happy with how it cleans my clothes.

Less than a week and it needs repairs!

The new washer was delivered on Wednesday 9/20/17. On Saturday we unit was not working properly and displaying error code PE which requires a service tech to come out. We called today and they informed us it needs new parts, this is a BRAND NEW unit. Very concerning, hopefully they can fix it and we can actually start to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Features BUT terrible documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read the user guide many times and read all the emails sent by LG. It indicates often to stop the washer after getting some error codes but does not tell you how that is done. The user guide references the on button and the start button but it is no so clear how to stop the washer and/or a cycle. It also does not explain Spin an Rinse and explaining when that should be used. With all the issues of molds, it should make it clear that the big cause in keeping the door closed--it should recommend keeping the door fully opened when possible. The little device to keep the door ajar is not sufficient to fully dry out the washer, especially in a humid area. I keep the door fully opened but that is problematic in traffic areas where kids could break the door off and with those who have the need to have an organized look in an alcove or behind a closed door.
