[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I've bought a LG Front Loading washer. They are my absolute favorite and simply don't compare to other washers! This new one is even better than the last. Last one was still going strong after 10 years with zero problems. I kept it clean and made sure to clean out the front lint trap every month and keep the door open when done with the wash for the day, to allow it to air dry. To minimize vibration, I purchased the anti-vibration pads and stuck them under the feet since it is on top of a drip pan. (To clarify, I put the pads under the feet of the pedestal drawer and love the results.) It took about two cycles for the feet to really settle in place and now the high spin cycles are relatively quiet. Yay for amazing appliances! I will never buy anything else.

Bad-They removed Hand-wash cycle guessing because they want you to spend more for the Hand-wash accessory.
