Easy to use

I am still working to find the best cycles for my loads, but I am sure that it is a matter of trial and error until I find the right combinations to get my clothes clean and sweet smelling.

Love this washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous washing machine was a front loading LG and lasted about 9 years which I think was a solid run considering I was running a load or two about every day. What I like about this new design is the sloping drum which, I believe, prevents soapy water from lingering in the door gasket and being susceptible to mold and mildew buildup found in the older model. I also found this new design to be quieter. The steam technology is a great feature but not something I use too often. Overall, this machine performance is better, provide more cycles, better efficiency and the design changes have me to believe that it may last longer than my previous LG front loading machine.

Uses far less energy than my previous LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised at how much shorter the cycles are compared to my last machine, yet it cleans far better. It is very easy to use. Unless I haven't found a setting yet, the only setting I would like is a custom program, like my old LG, so I don't have to select my options each time.
