stain removal is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a machine that I thought was functioning well (until it died mid-load). I was astonished to discover that several item I had thought permanently stained were not. Specifically, a light colored bathroom floor rug, used only as a dog mat because of grey smudges, was rendered spotless after a single heavy-duty cycle with steam function -- it is now back in the bathroom and the new rug rolled up and stored for the future. And the noticeable absence of "funky" odor lingering in athletic tech-material clothes is appreciated greatly by the entire family; I overheard my 17 yo son praise that aspect of the unit to a friend when they walked past the laundry room about a month after installation.

I hated doing laundry because the machine would stop and go off balance all the time,no matter what I did. Now,it's so funny,but I can't wait to do the wash and look for excuses!!!!

Excellent Front Loader

Had this washer for over a year, it replaced an aging "name brand" front loader. Apart from front loaders being gentle on the clothes compared to top loaders, the number of useful features available in this washer, it's water and energy efficiency, combined with it's quiet operation make it an excellent machine.
