Needs constant cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a high-end appliance that needs constant cleaning. The French window design was appealing to the eye. We love opening the different four doors for regular groceries to freezer food products. However, the water dispenser is in constant wiping down to remove fingerprints. The see-through glass frames inside the refrigerator for grocery products need constant polishing because food stains are left from water marks.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this back in early June/ late May after moving into our new home. After about 2 weeks I noted a leak from the rear drain hose and contacted LG for warranty service. Technician arrived about 3-4 days later, diagnosed the problem and informed me that he needed to order the replacement part as he didn't stock that particular item. Returned about 10 days later, repaired the washer and no issue since then. I love the front load! Also the option button for additional water during the wash cycle. I've not yet used the steam cycle, but I've not really needed it because this washer does such a great job. I also purchased the pedestal which is great storage for our detergents. Love this machine!

Solid fridge

Gets clothes clean

It's fairly quiet; the little tune that plays at the end of the cycle is a clever feature. We've used a number of the various cleaning options but still have a few more to try. We especially like the speed wash option (for sweaty gym clothes after a workout).
