Use too little water, cloths came up not clean at all. Plus, I posted my first review once washer and dryer came up (colors did not match in pair), and I do not see this review on your site.

Vibrates WAY too much!!

This unit says it's got an anti vibration system but boy does it shake the house!! Cleans great I do have to say. I've even had the installers come back because I thought they didn't balance it. Nope, still shakes the house.
Pros: ease of use

I bought this front load washer and matching dryer in the fall of 2018. Since I had used a front loader for the past 20 years I didn't think there would be any surprises. This stacked combo is very noisy, vibrates and bounces. Apparently the spin cycles don't get the clothes dry enough because I have water accumulating around the dryer door which then runs down the front of the machine when the door is opened.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Writing wipes off display, buttons hard to read,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine Summer 2018, the writing is coming off the diaplay panel and the buttons. The buttons are already hard to read. I contacted LG and was told it was probably due to CHEMICAL CLEANERS I was using - I don't use chemical cleaners to wipe of the washing machine.
I love to use the Delay Wash feature, however on this unit there is nothing that would remind you there is wet laundry in the washer. So if you aren't close by to hear the signal go off, or you start a load and then leave, you better remember you started it. Cause there is no LIGHT that stays on saying "CLEAN" like I've had on other machines.

1.4 years old and drain pump impeller broken and tub shocks are completely worn out. Service Technician confirmed. NOT A DURABLE MACHINE OR PRODUCT

Perfect washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine (LG WM3670HWA) and matching dryer (DLGX3371) a couple of weeks ago. So far I am very happy with both. The washer is very easy to use and a full load (cotton/normal setting) takes only 54 minutes. It is not noisy and takes only a second to push the button and go. No problems with "water hammer" either. Not very expensive and worth every penny!
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use

Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is no fuss! I am surprised how quiet it is - the loudest part is when the water runs through my pipes after the drain cycle. The turbo wash setting is awesome for when my soccer loving son forgets to wash his uniform - we can get it washed and dried in about 40 minutes! It is very good at getting clothes clean and is gentle on my clothes too. With no agitator, my clothing and household items aren't getting snagged or damaged which is a big plus! It has a very large capacity - I wash my King sized comforter in there - and is very easy to unload because of the tilted wash drum. I do not own the pedestals, but really haven't missed them because the angle of the wash drum makes it so easy to access clothing. I also love that the door has a magnetic catch to keep the door propped for air circulation between cycles. Best feature though, would have to be the Allergiene cycle option. With a child with severe asthma, allergies and eczema, we really appreciate this feature for cleaning his bedding and clothing. It is a must!

Never cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't planning on buying new laundry appliances for another two years, but this came sooner when my current washers pump motor gave out. I had heard that front load washers clean better and used less water, but after using it just once, I could tell the clothes were cleaner and more fresh smelling as well. This washer is much more technical in features than my previous one, but I think I have it all figured out. I couldn't be happier!
