[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washer died recently and I can't really blame it on the product. I think we were given faulty advice from a repairman. Replaced our 9 year old washer with basically the same product only this one has the steam feature. It was a seamless transition and even seems quieter than the old one. It also gave me an opportunity to up grade the plumbing in the laundry room. Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it so much I bought the same one I did 15years ago!! I had to leave my LG TROM Set with the house I sold. The new owners were so excited to get mine with the House...(great selling point too!) NOTHING COMPARES TO MY LG'S!! I had to replace the washer that came with my house and I would NOT consider anything else. Reliable, strong and gentle on all of our different clothing from sports, dedicates, professional and loads of linens and heavy towels / comforters. Simple to use, and makes laundry kinda fun! THANK YOU!!!
