[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer to replace an old 4.5 LG frontloader. I love the steam feature especially for whites and towels. The only drawback seems to be when I use any cycle with a high spin speed, the washer seems to vibrate more than my previous machine. I have attempted to redistribute the load, but that does not work and have checked to be sure the machine is level, which it is. Other than that, I love all the new features I now have, especially the steam!

I am very pleased with this washer. It is very easy to use and there is little to no vibration when it is spinning, not like my other one that I had. It holds way more clothes, and it has more options to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes have never felt cleaner. The steam option gets even old stains of of most clothing. Great machine, but I would gladly pay more for a brass connection on the inlet valve. Plastic is pretty ridiculous for a company as good as LG.
