[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adolph was very knowledgeable regarding the issue with my washer and was able to show me what the problem was and that by me pulling the washer hose up out of the hose filter I had helped correct the issue. I don’t always like the length of the wash cycles.

LG machine has different options and each selection effectively cleans your laundry and special technology feature also ensures clothes are cared for. I personally enjoy steam, cotton, speed washes for everyday laundry needs. I have washed several of my hand wash clothing in delicate mode and never had a problem or worry about ruining my

Why did it break?

This is a 5-6 year old machine. We're not a fan of the front load machine due to the upkeep and cleaning we have to do on it. But then it just broke one day. There was no explanation for it at all. The LG approved repairperson did not leave an invoice for the repair- no explanation.

Bigger than you think

I’m pretty happy with my purchase. Everything was easy. The item was available and the delivery was quick and fast and they were very helpful. The machine is excellent. I love how it washes my clothes it smells sooo good and cleans so well.r washing machine would still leave a tiny oder and I would have to wash it at least two times but with this machine, I only did it once and it was perfectly clean just how I like it.

Door wont stay shut

Going on 6 years of ownership and more often than not, my chosen cycle will briefly start and then turn itself completely off. So when I return to the laundryroom and open the washing machine door, I find my items slightly damp but not washed. When I hang around for a while, I notice I need to shut the door twice to initiate a full complete cycle. BIG PAIN!
