Great looks but bottom sidekick washer quality ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is too early to put review after 3 months of usage. Quite machines, big unit is ok, but small washer handle looks poor quality. Big washer rubber frame inside collects lots water and sits there for days. Must leave door open after each use. I will definitely recommended to friend. About warranty 1 year is not enough, something like should have warranty 3yrs+. Repairs will be costly for electrics components and hardware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a few years. It does a fantastic job washing clothes. I do wish it would sync with an iPhone. One small issue I had was a constant smell. I would use bleach and tide washing machine cleaner, but the smell would come back. I adjusted the drain hose because it was more than 4 inches below the plastic arch piece. That solved the smell! Hope that helps someone else.

We have had countless repair men here. Came a time they couldnt' find LG repair people. Never could balance. Have suffered for 5 years with a washer that shakes, sounds like a train is coming thru my house. It sits on a ceramic tile floor. No reason this should not be able to be fixed. Countless hours of time on the phone, waiting for repair men. Not getting an LG next time.
