[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works very well using the very basic features. Using the advanced features however, is difficult to figure out. I’ve read the instructions yet still have difficulty figuring them out, but don’t necessarily need to as so far the clothes have come out very clean just using the basics. I’ve yet to use the steam functionAs I couldn’t figure it out. We leave the door cracked a bit and there is absolutely no smell. It is very easy to add detergent and softener to the load. So far I would recommend buying.
