Great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased washer I was a little intimidated with all the choices and display screen for wash cycles. I previously has a top load wash with agitator was concerned this unit would not get my clothes clean even though it is highly rated by Consumer Reports.
After delivery of appliances and registration I received several e-mails from LG with explanation all the features along with quick reference card in packaging. After washing several loads I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh everything was. This washer holds a ton of clothes I would buy another one in a minute

It whines loudly

Called out an LG repair person, and he said this is "normal".
Not acceptable to us, we should have returned it immediately. Now it's been 4 months.
Other than the loud whining, it does a good job.

I also love the unclock bottom faucet, that will help me maintain it cleaner, get rid off clutter, and smelly tub.
I'm so happy that I purchase this washer that allows me to control it via cellphone.

LG WASHING MACHINE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new LG washer. The clothes come out so nice it spins the water they are almost dry. My husband wears dress paints and shirts everyday. This new washer has save me time and money . Not running the dryer only about 20 min pull them put and hand them up. Done. Would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new one.
