LG washer front loader model

Worst washer I have ever owned bought 2 1/2 years ago first 6 months was good then OE came on all the time 7 parts later which 3 was pumps still OE comes on even when I do a tub clean have to drain from front all the time water is clear so no I'm not putting to much soap in it. I put a teaspoon to wash a full load.plus I have a LG freg the ice maker when out after 2 1/2 years and they replaced door because ice maker is in door and the color doesn't match old door is bull black and new door is shiny black was told new door will dull down what does that mean it's not outside in the sun. tech don't know anything I have had 5 different one and not one knows what wrong with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unit not even 3 years old and the drain pump needs to be replaced. Unacceptable !!!
I can replace it myself but you have to take the whole washer apart. Why not have a simple access door on the front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for a while now, and we routinely almost every week had to clean out the drain trap because the thing starts to stink and makes her clothes smell. He would think there would be a better drain system than what it is.
