[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it couple of months ago. Now it’s making excessive noise when spinning and looks to be out of round or out of balance. Not sure if LG will come to look at it as free service call

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this washer just over a year ago, very happy i did. wash times are cut about in half and still cleans great. being able to wash big loads cuts down on how many loads i have to lug up and down stairs as i have parkinsons. love how its extremely quiet. so happy with it that when i needed a new dryer i went with an LG. {and im happy about that too}

the set look nice and it runs well. doesn't get clothes clean. vibrates even tough it's be balanced numerous times. cant use ios iphone for tag on. what;s the point of this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer now about a year and it has surpassed my expectations! Very efficient, excellent in all types of loads and washing cycles especially sanitary! I have 2 disabled boys and do between 4-6 loads a day ! This machine has really been put through the ringer between bedding, pillows, comforters let alone daily clothing. I have not found anything that this machine can’t handle! EXCELLENCE, pure and simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for just over two years I have 4 kids and two dogs I wash everything in this washer pillows blankets and big heavy dirty loads of clothing I use the steam option with my brother and laws clothes who has really bad b.o. and the clothes come out with no bad smell absolutely love this machine no complaints

As we drove out of town we passed our local Sam’s club and decided to run in and see what they offered. Our daughter, her husband, and 4 children were going to follow us back and spend the rest of the holiday with us, and we could not be without a washer. We read the information, and made a knee jerk decision to purchase this model, and have it delivered on the 27th. It was the best decision. This unit uses, less water, less time, and the clothes come out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier.
