portable and easy to use!

We bought our monitor in hopes of transitioning our little man into his crib at 6 weeks. It made the transition so easy on mom and dad. The monitor is reliable, easy to use and portable. We use it in many rooms of our home when needed and when traveling to family members homes. Would recommend.

Night vision not the best

We needed to replace our Motorola camera system to be able to add more cameras for our little one that is on the way. So far I love the Alexa - the image is crisp during the day but I notice the image quality is not as good as our Motorola in the dark. I also find that you can't move the lens around much which makes finding a good spot to mount it to get the best shot of your little one difficult. Overall pleased though.

Camera stopped working

After two and a half months of use the camera stopped working . The sound was still working and you could move the camera , but no picture . We liked it so much we returned it and got the same one .

Love the large screen!

We just bought this to replace our Lila video monitor because we wanted a bigger screen. We are very happy with the ease of use, and the screen size! I found it hard to figure out how to put it into Peep Mode, but other than that we have had no issues so far.

I just bought this baby monitor and I'm quite impressed with it. I love how easy the monitor is to use, the big screen and the feautures. The camera seems to work well and shows a clear view.

After some online research of different monitors, my wife and I decided on the Alexa 5" video model. The display quality (day & night) is pretty good, and the length of the power cord for the camera is thankfully long enough to accommodate most placements.
As it's been mentioned in previous reviews, the one main drawback is the dedicated track the camera is on. You do not have the freedom to place the camera angle as you want... you need to find a spot long the track that best suits how you need to point it.
But overall, this is a small shortcoming. We've been very happy with this unit so far, and would recommend it for sure.

Great product

We are getting ready to move our little one to her own room and we are on a differ t level then her so I wanted a monitor that I could feel confident with. After looking into many options this one seemed to be the right choice for us. I have already installed and have watched her take naps. The picture is clear and the audio is great! All the features were easy to figure out.
